Basic Operation Steps

  1. Open the meter cover and press the "E" key to enter the setup menu;
  2. Press the "+" key twice until "GROUP SELECT" appears, press the "E" key to enter, and "SETUP COMMISSION QUICK SETUP NO" appears;
  3. Use the "+" key, "-" key, and "E" key to enter the password "0050" digit by digit, then press the "E" key to confirm;

  4. "SETUP COMMISSION" reappears, press the "+" key to change to "SETUP COMMISSION", press the "E" key to confirm;
  5. "LANGVAGE" is displayed, select the language as English, press the "E" key to confirm. If you need to select another language, first use the "+" key and "-" key to select, then press the "E" key to confirm;
  6. "PRE-SETTING" is displayed, press the "E" key to confirm, keep the current setting "ACT-SETTJMG";
  7. "NIT VOLME FLOW" is displayed, use the "+/-" key and "E" key to change the volume flow unit, finally press the "E" key to confirm;

"FAILSAFE MODE" is displayed, that is, the current output during alarm, you can select "MIN CURRENT" alarm current lower limit, "MAX CURRENT" alarm current upper limit (can be set according to actual needs), "HOLD" hold the previous measurement value before alarm, or "ACTURAL" output according to actual measurement value, it is recommended to select "MIN CORRENT" or "MAX CORRENT", press the "E" key to confirm;
  15. "SETUP COMPCETE NO" is displayed, press the "E" key to exit;
  16. Press the "+" key and "-" key simultaneously and hold for 3 seconds to return to the measurement state;
  17. "OPEARATION MODE" is displayed, select the output method as "FREQUENCY" frequency or "PULSE" pulse, can be set as needed;
  18. "ASSIGN FREQUENCY" is displayed, indicating the frequency output is volume flow, press the "E" key to confirm;
  19. "END VALE FREQ" is displayed, select the full-scale output rate, this value cannot exceed 1000Hz, press the "E" key to confirm;
  20. "VALUE Fmax" is displayed, input the full-scale volume flow value, press the "E" key to confirm;
  21. "OVTPUT SIGQNAL" is displayed, select the frequency signal as passive positive pulse "PASSLUE—OPSITIVE", or select passive negative pulse "PASSIVE—NEGATIVE", press the "E" key to confirm;
  22. "TIME CONSTANT" is displayed, usually the time constant is set to 5 seconds, use the "+" key to confirm, it can also be set according to process requirements;
  23. "FAILSAFE MODE" is displayed, that is, no frequency signal output during alarm "FALLBACK VALUE", press the "E" key to confirm;
  24. "ASSIGN PULSE" is displayed, indicating the pulse output is volume flow, press the "E" key to confirm;
  25. "PULSE VALVE" is displayed, input the pulse equivalent, note that its unit is consistent with the totalizer unit, press the "E" key to confirm;

  27. "MAX POLSE FREQ" is displayed, that is, the maximum output pulse frequency, can be adjusted as needed, but must not exceed 1250Hz;
  28. "OVT PUT SIGNAL" is displayed, that is, the output is passive positive pulse "PASSIVE-POSITIVE", or "PASSIVE-NEGATIVE" passive negative pulse can be selected, usually select passive positive pulse, press the "E" key to confirm;
  29. "FAILSAFE MODE" is displayed, that is, the pulse output during alarm follows the factory setting "FAUBACK VALUE" (pulse output is zero during alarm), press the "E" key to confirm.
