Installation Steps

Correct installation is the foundation for ensuring measurement accuracy. Please follow these steps:

  1. Select Installation Location: Ensure the pipe is always full, avoid bubbles and sediment, and ensure sufficient upstream and downstream straight pipe sections (typically 10D upstream and 5D downstream).
  2. Install Sensors: According to the pipe material and size, install the sensors using the V method or Z method, ensuring good coupling between the sensors and the pipe.
  3. Wiring: Connect the power and signal cables according to the wiring diagram, and pay attention to the grounding of the shielded cable.

Commissioning and Parameter Settings

After installation is completed, the flowmeter needs to be commissioned and parameters set to ensure accurate measurement.

Basic Parameter Settings

  • Pipe Parameters: Enter the pipe outer diameter, wall thickness, material, and lining material.
  • Medium Parameters: Set the medium type, sound velocity, and viscosity.
  • Output Settings: Configure current output, pulse output, or alarm output.

Commissioning Steps

  1. Enter the commissioning menu and select the 91WA1 model.
  2. Enter the pipe and medium parameters as prompted.
