Notice on Delayed Resumption of Work During the 2020 Spring Festival Holiday

At the beginning of 2020, the novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic swept across the country, arousing widespread public concern. Many places have activated Level I public health emergency response measures. To better respond to the epidemic and uphold a responsible attitude toward the country, society, and all employees, our company, in accordance with the "Notice of the People's Government of Guangdong Province on the Resumption of Work of Enterprises and the Start of School" (Yue Fu Ming Dian [2020] No. 6), has decided after discussion as follows:

I. Work Resumption Schedule

The 2020 Spring Festival holiday is extended to February 9 (the 16th day of the first lunar month, Sunday). Work will officially begin on February 10 (the 17th day of the first lunar month, Monday).

• During the extended holiday, all employees are requested to take personal protective measures and reduce outings.
• All departments should plan in advance for work continuity after resumption to ensure a smooth business transition.

II. Import Cargo Logistics Arrangements

European goods are scheduled to be shipped to Hong Kong on a February 10 flight, and arrangements for import customs declaration will be initiated. Relevant procurement and logistics personnel should closely monitor flight status and customs declaration progress, and prepare the required documents in advance.
