FMR67 Product Overview
FMR67 is a radar level transmitter used for continuous measurement of liquid, slurry, and solid powder levels. It adopts 80GHz frequency-modulated continuous wave technology and is suitable for high-temperature, high-pressure, and corrosive working conditions.

Selection Steps

Installation and Commissioning Points

- There must be no protrusions on the flange sealing surface.
- For stirred containers, install a still pipe or waveguide.
- Outdoor installation requires a sunshade.
Commissioning Process
- After power-on, wait for the instrument self-test to complete.
- Connect via HART communicator or commissioning software.
- Enter the empty tank and full tank calibration values.
- Observe the echo curve and suppress interference echoes.
- Save the parameters and record them.
Common Problems and Maintenance
Regularly check the antenna for scaling. Use a soft cloth and neutral cleaner when cleaning. If the measured value jumps, first check the power supply and grounding.
- No signal: Check the fuse and wiring polarity.
- Value too high: There may be multiple echoes; adjust the threshold.
- Value too low: Antenna contamination or change in dielectric constant.
