CSP44 Spare Parts List Overview
This document provides a spare parts list for the Endress+Hauser Liquistation CSP44 water quality sampler, including maintenance kits, tubing, sample bottles, power supply accessories, and communication modules. It is intended for engineers and procurement personnel to quickly find and order the required spare parts.
Maintenance Kits
Maintenance kits are divided into annual maintenance and large maintenance types to ensure long-term reliable operation of the sampler.
Annual Maintenance Kit
- CSV18-: Maintenance kit for Liquistation CSVxx and Liquiport CSP44, including components that need to be replaced within one year.
Large Maintenance Kit
- Includes annual maintenance components and additional wear parts, recommended to be replaced every 3-5 years.

Communication Interface Module
The Commubox FXA291 is used for communication between the CSP44 and a computer, enabling parameter setting and data transmission.

This device has been submitted for CSA/FM application, must not be modified, and may only be used in intrinsically safe circuits with the corresponding characteristics (see safety certificate).
Activation Code
The XPC0026 activation code is used to activate the Liquiline input/output function. Before use, ensure that the required hardware is installed on the BASE(2) module/control module.

Maintenance Recommendations
To ensure long-term stable operation of the CSP44 sampler, the following maintenance schedule is recommended:
- Perform annual maintenance once a year, replacing components in the annual maintenance kit.
- Perform large maintenance every 3-5 years, replacing all wear parts.
- Regularly inspect hoses, sample bottles, and filters, and replace them promptly if worn.
- For outdoor applications, regularly check the battery and charger status.
Following the above recommendations can extend equipment life and reduce unexpected downtime.
