PMP11 Pressure Transmitter Spare Parts Overview

Sealing Gaskets and Sealing Components

Seals are key to preventing medium leakage and must be selected based on the medium and temperature.

  • Order No. 52009800: Flat sealing gasket, Viton material, used for Cerabar M/Cerabar S metal measuring cell. Recommendation level: S.
  • Order No. 71286350: Sealing kit, including 18.5x23.9x1.5 FKM gasket and 14x1.78 FKM O-ring. Suitable for PMP11, PMP21, PMP51, PTP31B. Recommendation level: S.

Electrical Connectors

Electrical connectors ensure stable signal transmission. Common types include Hosemann connectors and M12 aviation plugs.

  • Order No. 71280307: Hosemann connector M16, including plug connector, screws, seals, valve plug ring, adapter ring. Suitable for FTL31/FTL33, FTW33, PMC11, PMC21, PMP11, PMP21/PMP23. Recommendation level: S.
  • Order No. 71280349: Hosemann connector NPTF1/2, components same as above. Applicable models same as above. Recommendation level: S.
  • Order No. 52010285: M12 aviation plug, 90-degree elbow, with 5 m cable, PVC material, tinned copper/nickel lock nut. Suitable for M12 plug. Recommendation level: A.
  • Order No. 71114212: M12 aviation plug, 90-degree, self-connecting, can be used for M12 plug. Recommendation level: A.
  • Order No. 52006263: Process connection, socket 4p-125V, 4A-M12, M12 plug self-connecting, M12 to gland. Recommendation level: A.

Process Connections

Process connections are used to install the transmitter onto pipes or vessels, and sealing and material compatibility must be ensured.

  • Order No. 52002643: Stainless steel connection, welding adapter G1/2, 316L material, flush-mounted process connection, for PMP41 "1D". The dummy plug must be used for correct installation. Recommendation level: A.
  • Order No. 52010172: Welding socket, G1/2, protective plug required during welding, 3.1 material certification, flush-mounted process connection, for PMP41 "1D", 316L material, EN10204-3.1 material inspection certificate. The dummy plug must be used for correct installation. Recommendation level: A.

Notes on Spare Parts Selection

When selecting spare parts, be sure to verify the transmitter model, process connection specifications, and medium compatibility. Spare parts with recommendation level S are commonly used standard parts and are recommended to be kept in stock; A-level spare parts can be selected according to actual needs.

For process connections, pay attention to installation requirements, such as PMP41 "1D" requiring the use of a dummy plug. In addition, material certification (such as 3.1) must be confirmed according to project specifications.
