Calibration and Debugging
Zero Calibration
In the absence of medium, enter the menu and select Zero Calibration, then press the confirm key to complete. If the deviation is large, repeat the operation.
Span Calibration
Apply a full-scale standard signal, select Span Calibration and save. It is recommended to calibrate once every 6 months.
Common Problems and Maintenance
- No display: Check whether the power is connected and whether the fuse is blown.
- Abnormal output: Check whether the signal cable is short-circuited or open-circuited.
- Measurement deviation: Recalibrate or clean the sensor.
Regularly clean the housing and sensor to avoid dust accumulation affecting heat dissipation and measurement. For detailed maintenance intervals, please refer to the manual.
