Installation and Wiring Guide
Mechanical Installation Steps
- Confirm that the pressure in the pipeline has been released to ensure safe operation.
- Install the CCS120 vertically on the pipeline or bracket, avoiding vibration sources.
- Use a wrench to tighten the process connection, taking care not to overtighten and damage the threads.
- Check the sealing performance, and use PTFE tape or a sealing gasket if necessary.
Electrical Wiring Points
- Open the rear cover of the housing and connect the power and output wires according to the terminal markings.
- The 4~20mA output requires a series load resistor (≤500Ω).
- The relay contact capacity is 250VAC/5A; do not overload.
- After wiring is completed, tighten the cable gland to ensure the protection rating.
Operation and Settings
The CCS120 supports setpoint adjustment via panel keys or external signals. Users can set the upper limit, lower limit, and hysteresis according to process requirements.
Setpoint Adjustment Method
- Press the "SET" key to enter setting mode, and the screen displays the current set value.
- Use the "▲" or "▼" keys to modify the value; long press for quick adjustment.
- Press the "SET" key to confirm and switch to the next parameter.
- After completing all settings, press the "ESC" key to return to measurement mode.
Common Alarm Handling
- If "HH" or "LL" is displayed, it indicates pressure over-limit; please check the system pressure.
- If there is no output signal, check whether the power supply and wiring are loose.
- If the set value cannot be saved, confirm whether the parameters have been unlocked (default password 0000).
Maintenance and Precautions
Regular maintenance can extend the service life of the CCS120. It is recommended to perform calibration every six months.
- Use a damp cloth to clean the housing, and avoid corrosive solvents.
- Strictly do not exceed the maximum pressure resistance to avoid damaging the sensor.
- For long-term disuse, store in a dry and ventilated environment.
