Installation and Commissioning Steps

Commissioning Steps
- After power-on, use the display module or HART handheld communicator to enter the menu.
- Set the empty tank calibration (0%) and full tank calibration (100%).
- Adjust the sensitivity according to the dielectric constant of the medium, and enable medium compensation if necessary.
- Save the parameters and exit, and observe whether the output current corresponds to the actual level.
Common Problems and Maintenance
Regularly check whether the probe has material buildup, scaling, or corrosion, which can effectively extend the service life. Common problems and solutions are as follows:
