- Install the VEGACAL 62 vertically or horizontally on the top or side wall of the vessel, ensuring the probe extends into the vessel.
- Tighten the process connection, paying attention to the position of the sealing gasket to avoid leakage.
- For adhesive media, adjust the probe position so that it is as far as possible from the feed inlet and agitator.
Commissioning Steps
- After power-on, observe the instrument indicator status to confirm normal power supply.
- Perform empty calibration in an empty vessel by pressing the keys or using an adjustment tool according to the manual.
- Add medium into the vessel up to the required limit and perform full calibration.
