Selection Key Points
- Confirm whether the measured medium is compatible with the wetted materials (usually 316L stainless steel or ceramics).
- Select an appropriate range according to the actual pressure range. It is recommended that the working pressure be 30% ~ 80% of the range.
- If on-site display is required, a model with an LCD display module can be selected.

Installation and Commissioning Steps
Installation Precautions
- The installation location should avoid strong vibration and impact.
- For gas measurement, it is recommended to install the transmitter above the pipeline; for liquids, it is recommended to install it on the side or below the pipeline.
- Ensure that the process connection is well sealed to avoid leakage.
- During wiring, please comply with local electrical codes, use shielded cables, and ground at one end.
Commissioning Process
- Check whether the supply voltage is within the range of 9.6 ~ 35 V DC.
- Connect the transmitter to a HART handheld communicator or computer.
- Enter the menu and set the upper and lower range limits, unit, and damping time.
- Perform zero calibration (execute under no pressure).
- Save the settings and exit, and observe whether the output current is normal.
Common Problems and Maintenance
- No output signal: Check the power supply, wiring polarity, and fuse.
- Large output current deviation: Recalibrate the zero point and range, and check whether the process pressure is stable.
- Abnormal display: Confirm that the LCD module is reliably connected and replace it if necessary.
- It is recommended to perform calibration every 12 months to ensure measurement accuracy.
