  • Confirm whether the measured medium is compatible with the wetted materials (usually 316L stainless steel or ceramics).

Installation Precautions

  • The installation location should avoid strong vibration and impact.
  • For gas measurement, it is recommended to install the transmitter above the pipeline; for liquids, it is recommended to install it on the side or below the pipeline.
  • Ensure that the process connection is well sealed to avoid leakage.
  • During wiring, please comply with local electrical codes, use shielded cables, and ground at one end.

Commissioning Process

  1. Check whether the supply voltage is within the range of 9.6 ~ 35 V DC.
  2. Connect the transmitter to a HART handheld communicator or computer.
  3. Enter the menu and set the upper and lower range limits, unit, and damping time.
  4. Perform zero calibration (execute under no pressure).
  5. Save the settings and exit, and observe whether the output current is normal.

Common Problems and Maintenance

  • No output signal: Check the power supply, wiring polarity, and fuse.
  • Large output current deviation: Recalibrate the zero point and range, and check whether the process pressure is stable.
  • Abnormal display: Confirm that the LCD module is reliably connected and replace it if necessary.
  • It is recommended to perform calibration every 12 months to ensure measurement accuracy.
