Product Overview

Installation Steps
- Confirm that the installation location meets radiation safety requirements and set up warning signs.

- Check all fasteners to ensure there is no looseness.
Calibration and Commissioning
Zero Calibration
In the empty tank state, perform zero calibration through the VEGAMET instrument to eliminate the influence of background radiation.
Span Calibration
In the full tank state, adjust the gain so that the displayed value matches the actual level. It is recommended to repeat 2-3 times to improve accuracy.
Safety Precautions
- Before operation, a radiation safety license must be obtained and the operation must be performed by licensed personnel.
- It is strictly prohibited to disassemble the source container without authorization to avoid radiation leakage.
- Regularly check the dose rate on the surface of the container to ensure it is below the limit.
- Discarded source containers should be handed over to professional institutions for disposal.
Common Problems
- Large signal fluctuation: Check grounding and shielding, or recalibrate.
- No signal output: Confirm power supply and fuse, and check whether the source is in place.
- Abnormal dose rate: Immediately isolate the area and contact the manufacturer.
