Installation and Wiring Points
Mechanical Installation
- The installation location should avoid strong vibration and direct impact from corrosive media.
- For liquid measurement, the pressure tap should be opened on the side of the pipe to prevent sediment accumulation.
- For gas measurement, the pressure tap should be opened at the top of the pipe to prevent condensate accumulation.
- Ensure the process connection is well sealed; PTFE gaskets are recommended.
Electrical Wiring
- Open the rear cover of the transmitter to expose the terminal block.
- Connect the positive power supply to the “+” terminal and the negative to the “-” terminal.
- If using a HART communicator, a resistor of ≥250Ω must be connected in series in the loop.
- After wiring, tighten the rear cover to ensure the protection rating.
