Correct installation and wiring are prerequisites for ensuring the measurement accuracy of the MMP41. Please strictly follow the steps in the Chinese manual and pay attention to the following points.
Installation Steps
- Select a representative measurement point, avoiding dead corners and locations prone to liquid accumulation.
- Use a stainless steel sampling tube for connection, ensuring the pipeline is sealed without leakage.
- Insert the sensor into the pipeline at an appropriate depth and tighten the ferrule fitting.
- Ensure the sensor cable is kept away from power lines to avoid electromagnetic interference.
Wiring Points
- Power Wiring: 24 VDC, pay attention to positive and negative poles, shielded cable is recommended.
- Analog Output: 4-20 mA corresponds to the dew point range, load resistance ≤500 Ω.
- Digital Communication: RS485 A/B lines, terminal resistor matching.
- Grounding: The instrument housing should be reliably grounded to reduce signal drift.
MMP41 Humidity Analyzer Operation and Calibration
The MMP41 supports both local keypad and remote software operation. In daily use, regular calibration is recommended to ensure measurement accuracy.
Basic Operation
- After power-on, the instrument automatically preheats; read data after stabilizing for about 5 minutes.
- Use the keys to switch display units (dew point/ppm).
- In the menu, alarm upper and lower limits and analog output range can be set.
Calibration Method

- Place the sensor in a standard gas with a known dew point.
- After the reading stabilizes, enter the calibration menu.
- Input the standard value and perform single-point or multi-point calibration.
