The CA79 TOC analyzer measures continuously and provides a fast response time (t90) of 50 seconds. This enables you to react immediately and effectively protect your product.
The online analyzer uses proven UV oxidation and differential conductivity measurement, which has become the most established method for trace TOC analysis in ultrapure water.
Compliance:
The CA79 complies with the requirements of the European and US pharmacopoeias and permits work in accordance with FDA 21 CFR Part 11. The CA79 provides clear documentation of relevant events, regular quality reports and system suitability tests (SST).

Field of application
The total organic carbon (TOC) content is an important quality parameter for the production and use of ultrapure water. If the TOC content is too high, the performance of the water purification system may be impaired and pharmaceutical batches may even become contaminated. The CA79 online TOC analyzer enables continuous, accurate TOC monitoring of water for injection (WFI). Your product batches can be produced safely and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
