The CCS50 chlorine dioxide sensor is robust and low-maintenance. It quickly provides stable measured values for water, process water and utility applications. The sensor ensures an efficient disinfection process even at minimum flow, achieving the highest water quality and safety, avoiding chlorine dioxide overdosing or ensuring that beverage plants and reverse osmosis processes are free of ClO2. The CCS50 analog chlorine dioxide sensor provides continuous measured values at the measuring point.

Benefits
Fast response (t90 < 15 seconds) with highly accurate display of the process status, enabling timely action in response to process changes and efficient process control.
Higher process safety: precise, long-term stable measurement enables permanent process monitoring and flexible adjustment of the disinfectant concentration as required.
Flexible installation: the sensor can be installed in the CCA151 and CCA250 flow-through holders or in an immersion holder. Measurement is independent of flow at flow rates above 5 l/h (CCA151), 30 l/h (CCA250) or 15 cm/s (immersion).
The fluorescence sensor is low-maintenance and significantly reduces the operating costs of the measuring point compared with colorimetric measuring systems.
Used together with the Liquisys chlorine transmitter, it provides continuous analog chlorine dioxide measured values at the measuring point.
