COA30 flow assembly for calibrating dissolved oxygen sensors with a length of 120...360 mm and a diameter of 12 mm
Advantages
• Precise calibration of dissolved oxygen sensors using test gas: the COA30 calibration vessel enables precise calibration of dissolved oxygen sensors to match the requirements of the relevant measuring point exactly.
• Easy calibration of dissolved oxygen sensors: install the sensor in the calibration vessel, connect the corresponding transmitter and supply a suitable test gas to complete the calibration easily.
• Saves time on zero-point calibration: calibration with the COA30 calibration vessel is significantly faster than conventional calibration methods using sodium sulfite or zero-point gel.
• After calibration with the COA30, no residue remains on the sensor, so cleaning is not required. Calibration with a test gas (e.g. nitrogen) eliminates subsequent cleaning work.
• Compatible with sensors of various sizes: the calibration vessel is suitable for 12 mm dissolved oxygen sensors with PG13.5 thread connection and lengths from 120 mm...360 mm, offering a wide range of applications.
