Micropilot FMR53 is suitable for level measurement under simple conditions; its rod antenna is particularly suitable for small process connections. The antenna and flange with PTFE coating are highly corrosion-resistant. Micropilot FMR53 is used for continuous, non-contact level measurement of liquids, pastes and slurries. The measurement is unaffected by changes in the medium, temperature changes, gas phase or vapor.
Benefits
Stable and reliable measurement, unaffected by changes in the medium and process conditions
HistoROM integrated data storage unit for fast commissioning, maintenance and diagnostics
High measurement reliability based on multi-echo tracking, ensuring accurate measurement even with obstacles in the vessel
Hardware and software developed in accordance with IEC 61508; a single device meets SIL2, and SIL3 under homogeneous redundancy
Heartbeat Technology for efficient and safe plant operation throughout the entire life cycle
Seamless integration into control or asset management systems, intuitive menu-guided operating concept (on site or via the control system)
Certified by world-leading SIL and WHG tests, saving time and money
