The Cerabar PMC21 is a compact pressure transmitter. A capacitive, non-oil-filled ceramic diaphragm sensor is used for absolute or gauge pressure measurement with a range from 100 mbar to 40 bar. The transmitter can measure under harsh conditions in the process industry, with a degree of protection up to IP68, a highly wear-resistant Ceraphire diaphragm and a high-quality 316L housing. With multiple approvals (e.g. explosion protection approval or marine approval), it meets the requirements of most measurement applications.
Advantages
Compact design and customizable measuring range enable convenient installation and setup in process applications
Reference accuracy of up to 0.3%, combined with high long-term stability and repeatability, ensuring high-quality process monitoring; all tests passed during production ensure high quality
A wide range of additional options and process connections fully cope with even harsh conditions; instruments with IP68 degree of protection are also available
The PMC21 meets the documentation, traceability and safety requirements of plants, can be used in various hazardous areas, and has marine approval and EN10204 3.1 material certification
Areas of application
The capacitive pressure transmitter uses a non-oil-filled ceramic diaphragm sensor for absolute or gauge pressure measurement of gases or liquids.
