Sensor Compatibility
- CYA451 sensor holder is divided into two types: 51513164 is suitable for CUS41, CUS51D, COS31, COS61, COS61D; 51513166 is suitable for CUS65, COS41, COS51D.
- Before installation, please confirm that the sensor model is compatible with the holder to avoid mismatching.
Ball Valve and Seals
- Ball valve order numbers 51512982, 51513154, 51513155, 51513159 have different compatibility; please select according to the pipeline interface.
- O-ring (51512981) and outer sleeve (51513156, 51513158) are recommended to be inspected and replaced regularly to prevent leakage.
Spray Cleaning System
- The spray cleaning component (51500912) supports automatic cleaning and is suitable for CUS31/41, CPF81/82 sensors.
- The material is SS/Viton, pressure resistance 6bar, temperature resistance 80°C, connection thread R1/4".
Maintenance and Procurement Recommendations
