Installation and Commissioning Steps
Installation Precautions
- Ensure the probe is perpendicular to the medium surface, avoid installation near the feed inlet or agitator.
- Keep a distance not less than the blind zone between the probe and the highest liquid level.
- Avoid direct sunlight or severe temperature changes; install a sunshade if necessary.
Commissioning Process
- After power-on, check whether the local display is normal.
- Enter the menu and set the empty tank height and full tank height.
- According to the medium characteristics, adjust the echo threshold and interference suppression parameters.
- Perform false echo suppression (Mapping) to eliminate fixed obstacle interference.
- Verify whether the output current is consistent with the host computer display.
Common Problems and Maintenance
- Fluctuating measurement values: check whether the probe is scaled, clean the surface; confirm there is no stirring or foam interference.
- No echo signal: check whether the installation position is reasonable and whether the medium is too low.
- Abnormal output current: check the supply voltage and loop load resistance.
