VEGAPULS C 11 transmits 80 GHz frequency-modulated continuous wave (FMCW) through the antenna, receives the echo reflected from the material surface, and calculates the distance based on the frequency difference. Installation and Commissioning Points
Installation Position Selection
- Keep as far away as possible from the inlet and agitator to avoid false echoes.
- The antenna should be perpendicular to the material surface to ensure the beam covers the target area.
