The Memosens CPS171D ensures stable pH values in batch production for maximum batch yield! The electrode is robust and highly stable over the long term, providing highly accurate, reproducible and reliable measured values even after CIP/SIP cleaning and autoclaving. With Memosens digital technology, the CPS171D offers maximum process and data integrity and is simple to operate. The electrode is corrosion-resistant and moisture-proof, allows laboratory calibration and simplifies predictive maintenance.

Benefits
The high measurement accuracy, reproducibility and reliability of the electrode keep the pH value in the optimum range at all times, maximizing batch yield.
The electrode with its special glass membrane and reference system withstands CIP/SIP cleaning and autoclaving (max. 140°C (284°F)) with the highest long-term stability.
With Memosens technology, the cable connection is protected from moisture or corrosion: the electrode has the widest range of application and batch production safety.
The electrode is biocompatibility-certified in accordance with USP Cl. VI, uses FDA-approved materials for wetted parts, and is free of toxic, biologically active or animal-derived materials, reliably ensuring product quality.
The electrode provides process and sensor parameters that help you determine, before the next batch begins, whether the electrode is ready or should be replaced, greatly improving product safety.
The Memobase Plus software automatically stores and archives all relevant sensor and process parameters for CPS171D series maintenance.
