Only a clean sensor can provide reliable measured values. The Cleanfit Control CYC25 is used together with the Liquiline CM44 and Chemoclean Plus for fully automatic, periodic sensor cleaning. It ensures highly accurate measurement and a safer process. The Cleanfit Control does not require sensor removal during cleaning, reducing process downtime and minimizing maintenance workload.
Benefits
High safety: inline cleaning without removing the electrode
Automatic removal of deposits from the electrode ensures highly accurate, reliable measured values
High suitability: periodic cleaning ensures a long electrode service life
Fully automatic electrode cleaning with low maintenance costs
Suitable for corrosive media: intermittent measurement extends sensor service life
Applications
The Cleanfit Control enables fully automatic cleaning of sensors installed in retractable holders. High sensor performance is thus maintained without interrupting the process. The Cleanfit Control is particularly suitable for the following industries:
Water & wastewater
Paper industry
Food & beverage
Power
Metallurgy, mineral processing and other demanding applications with solids
