Polymetron 9582溶解氧分析仪可用于电厂、半导体厂等场所,进行除氧水等低浓度(ppb)溶解氧分析。

工作原理:

Polymetron 9582溶解氧分析仪基于克拉克(Clark)电池原理,探头的透氧膜将水样与电极隔离开,因此不需要对样品进行调节。其它还原性或氧化性离子由于不能穿过透气膜,故而不会对测量产生干扰。

向两个电极上施加恒定电压,保持每个电极的电位恒定。金质工作电极(阴极)会将水样中的溶解氧还原成氢氧根离子:O2 + 2H2O + 4e- --> 4OH 氧化反应发生在大的银电极(阳极)表面:
4Ag+ + 4Br- --> 4AgBr + 4e-

以上氧化还原反应产生扩散电流,电流大小与溶氧浓度成正比,溶解氧分析仪通过测得的电流大小转化为水样中的溶解氧浓度从而在屏幕上显示出来。
