仪器特点:
● 自动配样:水质监测质控仪可按照预先设置的浓度精确配制标样,实现零点、量程漂移,空白样品及动态质控样品等标液核查,母液稀释重复性 RSD 最低至0.3%;
● 动态加标:支持动态和静态两种加标回收模式。动态加标模式:根据水样测量值自动调整加标量;静态加标模式:根据设定的加标量来进行加标回收。
● 自动维护:水质在线监测质控仪的内部管路能做到自清洗、自排空,以消除样品残留污染和记忆效应;
● 占用空间小:水质在线监测质控仪内置精密稀释部件,同时采用小型化流路设计,确保高性能的同时尽可能减少空间占用,便于现场安装集成;

工作原理 SG系列远程监测质控仪以人机界面加IO板为控制核心,通过样品池定容纯净水和加标泵计量母液的方式实现标液核查和加标回收的精确配置,为仪表提供所需的水样。系统每次工作前都会对样品池进行清洗和排空,保证标液核查和加标回收准确性
