Commissioning Steps and Indicator Light Status

During commissioning, by observing the indicator light changes when the fork is in the suspended and immersed in liquid states, it can be determined whether the level switch is working properly.

  1. Power on and keep the fork suspended: At this time, the sensor is not in contact with the liquid. You can see that the green light is on and the red light is off. This indicates that the level switch is in the normal untriggered state.
  2. Immerse the fork in liquid: When the fork contacts the liquid, you can see that the green light is on and the red light is also on. This indicates that the level switch has been triggered and the relay has actuated.

Through the above two steps, you can quickly verify whether the FTL50 and FEL54 work properly together.

Relay Output Wiring
