Field of application

The FLOWSIC100 product family is specially designed for emission monitoring. The H version of this family is suitable for applications with large pipe diameters and high dust levels, while the M version is the ideal choice for medium pipe diameters. In the PR probe version, the ultrasonic sensors are mounted on a transmitter/receiver unit (measuring probe) with a fixed measuring path. The AC” version of the family uses innovative internal cooling technology and is ideally suited for applications with gas temperatures up to 450 °C. The Px clean version is suitable for gases with high concentrations of sticky or moist dust.
The robust titanium probe is standard and suitable for various harsh environmental conditions. The measuring system consists of 2 transmitter/receiver units or 1 measuring probe and the MCU control unit. The MCU control unit is used for input and output signals and for calculating the volumetric flow under standard conditions (defining nominal values); the customer can conveniently operate it via the LC display.
