Solicap M FTI56

Solicap FTI56 is a fully/partly insulated and robust rope probe for point level detection of fine-grained to coarse-grained bulk solids. It offers maximum reliability and is suited for a wide range of applications thanks to numerous certificates and approvals. Due to its robust construction, it can also be used to provide accurate measurements in applications with very high tensile loads up to 60kN.

The Solicap FTI56 fully or partially insulated cable probe has a robust construction and is used for limit detection of fine and coarse-grained solids. With its automatic buildup compensation, the probe provides the highest measurement reliability and has obtained various relevant approvals and permits for a wide range of applications. Thanks to its robust, wear-resistant construction, it also provides high-precision measurement in applications with tensile loads of up to 60kN.

Areas of application

This compact transmitter is suitable for limit detection of fine and coarse-grained solids and can operate in minimum or maximum fail-safe mode. Thanks to its robust construction, it provides high-precision measurement even under extremely high tensile loads (maximum load of 60kN for cable sensors). It can be used together with Fieldgate (remote control of measured values via Internet technology) and is an ideal solution for raw material supply and logistics optimization (inventory control).
